The Ministry of Labor, represented by the Rehabilitation and Skills Development Department, launched Sunday a series of training courses for job seekers with secondary school and university degrees focusing on the use of Microsoft programs and artificial intelligence tools. This initiative aligns with the professional and functional demands of the labor market.

Job seekers will be trained on how to use Microsoft programs effectively and make the best use of the advantages of these programs in the work environment, in addition to training them on how to leverage various artificial intelligence tools to enhance their performance.

The training course comes within the framework of the Ministry of Labor's efforts to empower male and female job seekers, by providing them with the necessary skills to improve their professional readiness and increase their chances of securing employment, in line with the Third National Development Strategy, which seeks to boost the national workforce's share of the total workforce, raise the proportion of Qataris in both the private and shared sectors, and drive the transition towards a more productive labor market.
