Qatar Foundations (QF) Pre-University Education (PUE) organized the "Nafs & Jamal" program, an educational initiative designed for girls aged 11 to 15. Held every Friday throughout the holy month of Ramadan, the program offered participants a meaningful and enriching experience that blended learning, self-development, and cultural engagement.The program, hosted at Al-Mujadilah Center and Mosque for Women, a QF member that offers religious, developmental, and social programs for women of all ages and backgrounds, saw enthusiastic participation from young girls. They embarked on a profound educational and spiritual journey, gaining a deeper understanding of human and Islam-based values through an immersive, hands-on approach inspired by Quranic teachings and the Sunnah.Participants explored the concept of inner and outer beauty through interactive activities, artistic expression, and reflective exercises that deepened their self-awareness. Additionally, they took part in community-driven initiatives that fostered Islamic values and strengthened the spirit of generosity and social responsibility.Commenting on the program, Program Director at Al-Mujadilah Center and Mosque for Women Ameena Ahmadi said: "we are proud to collaborate with 'Mukhayamna' on the Ramadan program 'Nafs & Jamal.'
