The Israeli occupation forces continued their aggression on the city of Tulkarm for the 29th consecutive day, and on Nur Shams camp for the 16th day, accompanied by military reinforcements, home demolition, and targeting of infrastructure.
The occupation forces sent military reinforcements to the city and its two camps, and deployed infantry soldiers in the streets and neighborhoods. The forces continued to raid and search Palestinian homes, vandalize and destroy their contents and even empty them, turning them into military barracks, the Palestinian news agency (WAFA) reported.
The occupation forces are still imposing a strict siege on the Tulkarm and Nur Shams camps, preventing entry into or exit from them, and obstructing the work of relief crews while they are trying to deliver food and essential supplies to the residents who remained in their homes in some of the camps neighborhoods, amid daily appeals to secure the arrival of their basic needs of food, water, medicine, and baby milk.
The occupation forces also increased their military presence, including heavy machinery and bulldozers, along the Nablus Road that connects Tulkarm and Nur Shams camps, especially around the residential buildings that they seized and turned into military barracks, obstructing the movement of vehicles, subjecting them to inspection and interrogation of their passengers, and often abusing them.
