The Investment Promotion Agency Qatar (Invest Qatar) has unveiled a new partnership with Naseej for Technology, a digital transformation solutions provider in Saudi Arabia, during Web Summit Qatar 2025.
This collaboration outlines a strategic framework for cooperation in advancing human capital, enhancing digital capabilities, and fostering innovation in key sectors.
Complementing the national digital transformation efforts, Invest Qatar will support Naseej for Technology to access the Qatari market and introduce its cutting-edge digital solutions. The partnership aims to contribute to Qatar's human capital development and facilitate the transfer of knowledge across culture and creative industries, higher education, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data analysis.
As per the agreement, Naseej will leverage its technological expertise to support the development of digital platforms for libraries, museums, and heritage institutions within the cultural and creative industries. Additionally, Naseej will provide advanced AI and data analytics tools to improve decision-making and optimize operational efficiency across sectors, fostering innovation and sustainable growth.
As part of the agreement, Invest Qatar will support Naseej for Technology to establish an office in Qatar, expanding its presence in the country and introducing its solutions to the Qatari market.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed by CEO of Invest Qatar Sheikh Ali bin Alwaleed Al-Thani and Executive President of Naseej for Technology Eng. Othman Alabdulkarim.
