Amir, Libyan leader discuss ways to bolster relations

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani met, at his office at the Amiri Diwan Wednesday, with Head of the Government of National Unity of the State of Libya Abdul Hamid Mohammed al-Dbeiba, and his accompanying delegation on the occasion of his visit to the country.

During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations between the two countries in various fields and ways to develop and strengthen them, in addition to discussing key issues and developments of interest to the two brotherly countries.

The meeting was attended by HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim al-Thani, HE Chief of the Amiri Diwan Abdullah bin Mohammed al-Khulaifi, and a number of senior officials.

From the Libyan side, it was attended by Political and Security Advisor to the Prime Minister Ibrahim al-Dbeiba, Minister of State for Communication and Political Affairs, Walid al-Lafi, and a number of members of the accompanying official delegation.
