The Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs, represented by the Public Relations and CommunicationsDepartment, announced the launch of the hotline service via the number (16577), which operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with the aim of providing a quick and highly efficient response to the public’s needs and inquiries.
Integrated and responsive service
This service aims to provide an immediate response to various requests, including general inquiries and receiving complaints, where the public, citizens and residents, can communicate directly with the Ministry and obtain quick solutions to various services related to the Ministry’s departments and sections.
It is expected that about 90% of inquiries will be resolved on the first call, reflecting the Ministry’s commitment to achieving the highest standards of service.

The hotline service is available in both Arabic and English to ensure it reaches the largest possible segment of the public, and includes various departments affiliated with the Ministry, including:

The Ministry’s Public Relations and Communications Department stressed that this service reflects its keenness to facilitate communication with the public and provide immediate and effective solutions, noting that the hotline operates according to the latest technologies to ensure a quick response and process requests with the highest level of efficiency.
It is worth noting that this initiative comes within the framework of the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs’ efforts to enhance its digital and communication services, in a way that contributes to meeting the needs of society and achieving its vision of providing advanced and responsive religious, educational and administrative service
