The event saw the participation of around 250 professionals from the Indian business and commercial sectors.
Deputy Chief of Mission at the Indian embassy, Sandeep Kumar, inaugurated the event and highlighted the strong trade relations between India and Qatar.
He expressed his hope that this initiative would serve as a valuable resource for business professionals in Qatar.
Rajesh Menon, managing partner, Baker Tilly Doha, in his keynote address emphasised the importance of strategic decision-making, risk mitigation, and seising growth opportunities in Qatar.
His insights on aligning with established Qatari business groups, avoiding oversaturated markets, and making data-driven business decisions provided valuable guidance for entrepreneurs navigating the evolving economic landscape.
Menon also shed light on overcoming cognitive biases in decision-making to ensure long-term business sustainability.
The event featured an expert panel discussion on global business opportunities.
