Qatar Charity’s Mobile Iftar project benefits 60,000

Qatar Charity (QC)’s annual Mobile Iftar project, as part of its Ramadan campaign ‘Giving Lives On’, has reached a total of 60,000 beneficiaries, a statement said Sunday.

The aim is to provide ready-to-eat meals to 2,000 fasting individuals daily at various locations, enabling them to break their fast promptly with the Maghrib call to prayer. The distribution takes place 15 minutes before the Maghrib call to prayer at the signals at Al Murkhiya, The Mall, Al Rayyan, Abdullah Abdul Ghani, Gulf, and Sheraton, and at two metro stations.
