Nomas Center, affiliated with the Ministry of Culture, has announced the opening of registration for its "Popular Heritage" course. This program aims to strengthen national identity and instill authentic values and traditions in younger generations.
This course represents a valuable opportunity for children to learn about Qatari cultural heritage in an engaging and interactive manner. Participants will learn about a range of ancient customs, traditions, and professions. In addition to the folk arts that have formed an essential part of Qatari society's identity.
The course is open only to Qataris and children of Qatari women, aged 8 to 14. Nomas Center invites parents to encourage their children to enroll in this course. It provides an enjoyable educational environment that contributes to building a generation aware of its authenticity and proud of its national heritage.
Nomas center works to develop the skills of young people and provide them with knowledge related to popular heritage, such as horse riding, hunting, traditional crafts, and the arts of Qatari hospitality and crafts.
