Several people killed, others Injured as workers' transportation bus collides with fuel tanker in Egypt

Egypt's Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources announced Tuesday that several people were killed and others were injured when a workers' transportation bus collided with a fuel Tanker on a road near the oil fields in the Western Desert.

In a statement, the ministry emphasized that firefighter and ambulance vehicles from oil companies near the accident site were deployed and transported the injured to Marsa Matrouh Hospital.

It pointed out that an emergency committee was formed to conduct a site inspection and determine the causes of the accident, in addition to providing the families of the deceased and injured with full support and following up on their cases.
