
Israeli occupation forces continued their aggression on the Gaza Strip, launching several airstrikes and conducting ground incursions, resulting in more casualties on the fourth day of the renewed aggression.
Friday morning, the occupation forces carried out an incursion into the western camp in the Tal al-Sultan neighborhood, west of Rafah city in the southern Gaza Strip, amid artillery shelling and heavy gunfire. Meanwhile, the occupation's artillery hit the city of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip, coinciding with ground forces' incursion into the western part of the city.
Moreover, Israeli warplanes launched airstrikes to cover their incursion west of Beit Lahia, while Israeli vehicles bombed the towns of Khuza'a and Abasan east of Khan Yunis.
Director of the Indonesian Hospital, Marwan Sultan, said in remarks that the northern Gaza Strip has seen a tough night, pointing that the hospital had received 43 martyrs and 82 wounded.
Since the resumption of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip at dawn on Tuesday, Mar. 18, some 590 Palestinians have been killed, of them 220 are children and 115 are women. 1,042 others have been injured, most of them children and women.
Amid the renewed aggression, fears are growing of a deterioration in the humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip due to the ongoing Israeli blockade and the cutting off of medical and humanitarian supplies.
