The State of Kuwait expressed its strong condemnation and denunciation today over the Israeli occupation's establishment of an agency attempting to displace Palestinians from the Gaza Strip, in addition to the occupation's plans to annex land from the West Bank, including 13 illegal settlements, in an attempt to legalize the colonization of Palestine.

The Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement that these steps are a continuation of the Israeli occupation's forced displacement of Palestinians and severe violation to international laws and norms, namely: the UNSC resolution No. 2334, which is against illegal Israeli settlement activities attempting to change the demographic nature of the occupied Palestinian territories including that of east Jerusalem (Al-Quds).

The ministry called on the international community to take its humanitarian and legal responsibilities to thwart the occupation's violations against Palestinians and ensure their right for an independent state within the June 4, 1967 borders and East Jerusalem as the capital.
