100,000 worshippers perform Isha, Taraweeh prayers at Al-Aqsa Mosque

100,000 worshippers performed Isha and Taraweeh prayers on the 25th day of the holy month of Ramadan at Al Aqsa Mosque, despite strict military measures imposed by the Israeli occupation authorities on access to the mosque.
The Islamic Endowments Department in Jerusalem estimated that 100,000 worshipers performed Isha and Taraweeh prayers at Al Aqsa Mosque, most of them residents of the Holy City or from within the 1948 territories.
The occupation authorities prevent thousands of Palestinians from the West Bank governorates from reaching Jerusalem to perform prayers at Al Aqsa Mosque.
