The Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MOEHE), represented by the Training and Development Center, concluded the third edition of the "Successful Start" training program, with the participation of 163 new male and female teachers, with a final training workshop on the art of public speaking.The program, which ran for a full academic year starting in September 2024, aims to empower new teachers professionally and prepare them for effective integration into the school environment through intensive theoretical and practical training, including teaching skills, classroom management, and effective lesson planning, in addition to guidance sessions and specialized courses.Participants are scheduled to present their graduation projects next week before judging panels, reflecting the program's outcomes and the extent of their pedagogical skills.Director of the Training and Development Center at the MOEHE, Iman Al Mohannadi, emphasized that the program reflects the ministry's commitment to supporting and qualifying new teachers, in line with the aspirations of the national education system. She noted that the fourth edition will launch at the beginning of the next academic year.The program is one of the annual initiatives aimed at enhancing the competence of new teachers and supporting their career paths in line with Qatar National Vision 2030.
