A picture made available yesterday shows 44-year-old Cen Yingyuan combing her 1.84-metre long hair at her home in Zhanjiang town, Guigang city, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in southern China. Cen is only 1.53 metres tall, and has not had a haircut for 11 years. She uses beer to keep her hair black and smooth.
