Thai contestant Nucharee Chanthong is crowned by former Miss Wheelchair 2012 Pattarawan Panitcha next to first runner-up Chitcharee Penekchanasak during Miss Wheelchair 2013 contest in Bangkok, Thailand, yesterday. Fifteen disabled contestants participated in the contest which was held to raise social support and opportunities for people with disabilities.
