Launched on June 30, World of Prizes gives customers the opportunity to win daily prizes. The competition lasts until
August 31.
By simply answering via SMS questions from a preferred category (sports, history, general knowledge), customers will
receive points that automatically enter them into a daily draw for an iPhone 5 or a Samsung Galaxy S4.
At the end of each week, the customer with the highest number of accumulated points stands to win a Toyota Fortuner. At the end of the competition, all participating customers with any number of points are automatically entered into the grand prize draw for the chance to win QR100,000.
Customers can opt for free by texting “WORLD” to short code 97773. After that, the price per SMS is QR4. The competition is available in six languages - Arabic, English, Malayalam, Urdu, Hindi and Nepalese.
“A big congratulations to the first winners of this fantastic competition. Our customers have told us how much they have enjoyed the competition. Many more customers have the opportunity to win daily valuable prizes and what’s more, they can choose content in the language of their choice, making it easier for them to participate in the competition,” said al-Sadah.
