United Development Company (UDC), the master developer of The Pearl-Qatar, will host an open house at the Venetian-inspired Qanat Quartier from November 6 to 8, it was announced yesterday.
For those intending to own a townhouse and also to indulge in The Pearl-Qatar’s lifestyle and surroundings, the open house will encompass Qanat Quartier’s two- and three-bedroom townhouses.
Qanat Quartier with its colourful Venetian character is carefully planned around intricate canals and pedestrian-friendly squares and plazas.
The townhouses consist of living/dining, kitchen, balconies overlooking canals, all featuring direct access to beaches.
UDC chief executive officer Ebrahim Mubarak al-Sulaiti said: “This has been a booming year for The Pearl-Qatar and United Development Company. Buyers and investors are increasingly demanding property at The Pearl-Qatar, and with the launching of the townhouses in Qanat Quartier, prospective buyers are invited to view first-hand a wide variety of townhouses in settings second to none in Qatar and the region”.
He said that the aim of the company was to invite the public to see the beautiful precinct of Qanat Quartier with its Venetian look and character.

The open house, which will start from 3pm, will welcome Qataris as well as expatriates and will be limited to one property per person.
A payment of 10% is required upon reservation, while the keys of the property will be handed over upon full payment.
