QA club enhances benefits for members

Qatar Airways’ frequent flyer programme Privilege Club yesterday launched enhanced benefits and services for members residing in Qatar, at Oryx Galleria.Oryx Galleria is now a full-service offering concept store for Privilege Club members in Qatar to redeem their Qmiles. The enhanced member services will maximise simplicity and convenience for those who prefer personalised customer service interaction.Located on Airport Road, Oryx Galleria offers members first-of-its-kind benefits, including further discounts on award tickets redemption, personalised customer service and privileged parking amenities. All Privilege Club members will enjoy a 5% Qmiles discount when redeeming their Qatar Airways award tickets at the new member service centre.Members who redeem Qmiles for Qatar Airways award tickets at the new centre during February will enjoy an additional 5% Qmiles discount. In February, members can redeem awards for a total of 10% less Qmiles for Qatar Airways award tickets.A new Privilege Club member service centre located on the mezzanine floor of Oryx Galleria will enable members to access all their benefits and privileges under one roof. With the help of trained service personnel, members can perform a range of on-the-spot functions such as redeeming their Qmiles for award tickets, upgrades and excess baggage; checking account details for mileage balance, Qpoints earned, claiming missing miles, requesting statements and card replacements; and nominating family members as well as enrolling for the Privilege Club programme.Qatar Airways chief commercial officer Marwan Koleilat said: “Qatar Airways has more than 400,000 Privilege Club members in Qatar and we always strive to provide them with exclusive privileges and enhanced benefits that will make their travel with Qatar Airways even more rewarding. They need to present their membership card and photo ID to the service staff for instant redemption.
