Khalid bin Mohsen Shaari, who was ordered by Saudi Arabia’s King Abdullah to undergo medical treatment, lies in a bed at the King Fahad Medical City in Riyadh. Shaari has lost more than 320kg since King ordered his hospitalisation in August. The 20-year-old man weighed 610kg before starting on his treatment, hospital officials said.
