Al Ansari Trading Enterprise officially launched the group’s operations in the Qatari market with a ceremony held recently in Doha.
A leading trading house from Oman, the Al Ansari group has been in the building service industry for four decades, representing top brands in the areas of commercial kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, pumping systems, raised access flooring, heating and ventilation products, swimming pools and water features, tiles and sanitary ware, tanks and valves, etc, according to a statement.
The international brands represented include MKN, Bonnet, Electrolux, Winterhalter, Hobart and others.
The group has taken its expertise to India, Nepal, Tajikistan and Saudi Arabia, and is now bringing it to Qatar.
The opening was attended by Al Ansari group managing director Kiran Asher, directors of Gulf Business Services - which is part of the group - Khalid Hassan al-Abdulla and Abdul Aziz al-Mutlaq, leading consultants, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
Sajeevan, CEO of Gulf Business Services, stressed that “they are proud to be here” and was optimistic about playing a major role in Qatar’s growth.
Besides representing major brands, the group “markets concepts” to provide “complete solutions to customers and clients”, the statement notes, adding that the group has grown to become a “one-stop solution provider for all requirements of the building service industry”.
The group has been involved in some big projects in the hospitality sector and is a integrator partner for some brands conceiving projects around the Middle East and India.
