Ezdan Holding Group has organised a five-day workshop entitled “Project Management Professional” (PMP), which revolved around themes like initiative, planning, implementation, monitoring and control, and the completion phase of various projects.
The workshop, designed for 17 heads of different departments and sections of the Group from engineering, maintenance, services, human resources, and digital media, aims to develop participants’ abilities and raise their level of competence.
The initiative was part of an intensive series of development activities and training courses that the Group plans to organise after Ramadan starting from August up to December.
The courses will include all different sections and departments, addressing fundamental skills such as leadership and communication, in line with the Group’s strategy to enhance the efficiency of its human resources at all levels.
Ezdan Holding Group deputy CEO Nasser Mohamed al-Abdulla said: “The keenness of Ezdan Holding Group to develop the abilities and professional skills of its cadres in all areas is in complete alignment with the overall pace of development taking place within the Group, and the massive advancement in the operational efficiency of its projects.
“The Group is preparing for a comprehensive development process, targeting development in all investment projects in order to raise its earning levels and strengthen its position in the market.”
Al-Abdulla added that the Group strives to hone the skills and abilities of its human capital in order to achieve “the best results” in line with its vision and strategy based on establishing a firm position as a “prominent economic entity.”
He pointed out that the Group is keen to build communication channels between the Group and its employees by providing them with opportunities to develop their capacities at a personal and professional level.
Ezdan Holding Group also seeks to develop its administrative operations to serve the objectives of its development strategy.
It has recently adopted Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R 2, one of the latest administrative and financial information technology programmes, in a step to enhance the effectiveness of its operations and achieve a 360-degree view of all its administrative and financial operations, which prompted Microsoft Corporation to pay tribute to the efficiency of the Group’s operations on its official website.
