Nepalese film shot in Qatar, screened

During the last few years, Nepalese films have been shot and screened in Qatar in high number. Formula, a recent flick produced under the banner of Abhinit SB Films Pvt Ltd, was premiered recently at Al Safir Hotel. Excited with the response, producer Narayan Dhungana said he would soon release his film in Nepal and Qatar. Director Shanta Bamjan praised the cast and crew of the movie, who despite the high mercury levels of June-July made the project highly successful. The movie deals with a love story set in contemporary Nepal. Formula deals with the issue of thousands of Nepalese youth who have to come to Gulf and other regions for work. The movie has a philosophical gist that values love and affection over material benefits. Kundan Chhetri, Samikshya Shrestha, OB Rayamajhi and Narayan Dhungana are among the actors. Likewise, former working committee member of Non-Resident Nepalese Association-National Coordination Committee (NRNA-NCC) late Shoya Dahal is also featured in the movie. Sachin Neupane and Badri Budhathoki are music and fight directors of the movie.
