Local Arabic daily Arrayah reported on Tuesday that the victim spotted the defendant moving around suspiciously around his car and detained him. He also discovered that the defendant took a sum of QR714 from his wallet left in the car. Investigation proved that the defendant stole the money and his fingerprints were found in the vehicle. Besides, the witnesses confirmed the case.
A Doha Criminal Court has sentenced an Arab expatriate man to three months in jail and subsequent deportation for stealing money from another persons' parked vehicle.
