HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani presenting the Sash of Merit award to outgoing Omani ambassador Mohamed bin Nasser al-Wihaibi at the Emiri Diwan yesterday in recognition of his efforts to enhance ties between Qatar and Oman. The Emir also presented the Sash of Merit award to outgoing Sudanese ambassador Yasser Khadir Khalaf Allah.
