HE the Minister of State for Defence Affairs Dr Khalid bin Mohamed al-Attiyah yesterday attended a passing-out parade that took place at Pakistan Military Academy in Islamabad as part of his visit to Pakistan. The academy offers a Bachelor of Military Arts And Sciences and is considered one of the most prominent military institutions in the world.
