Quality Group International received the Best Regional Enterprise and Best CEO Award of the Year at the ‘International Conference: Excellence in Quality’ event held in Lucerne, Switzerland.
Shamsudheen Olakara, chairman, Quality Group International, received the award at the event attended by CEOs and business excellence leaders from around the world.

The award was received for outstanding contributions by Quality Group International in the diverse fields of retail, F&B, healthcare, logistics and management services, technical, trade and transport services, engineering and hydraulics, according to a statement. Launch of the group’s maiden brands Tassels and Q-Fine in the retail and F&B division was another benchmark for being honoured.
The evaluation criteria included a strong and positive image and position in the national market and GCC region, business reputation on a global level, global influence on social and economic progress, high rates of team development and retention, integrity and transparency, application of modern management technologies to maintain quality standards and certifications in different spheres, commitment to environmental protection, successful marketing innovations and strategies, investment rating, attractiveness and competitiveness.
