Doha Bank introduces ‘Instant Card Issuance’

Doha Bank has introduced the “Instant Card Issuance” facility to make the account opening process more convenient, simpler, and faster.The new facility is the latest addition to the bank’s portfolio of products and services.With the Instant Card Issuance facility, customers can now open accounts and instantly get personalised debit cards at selected Doha Bank branches.“We are proud to introduce these new products and facilities to our customers, especially our unique card issuance benefit,” said Doha Bank Group chief executive Dr R Seetharaman. “By offering instant issuance, customers can receive high-quality, personalised, ready-to-use permanent debit cards while opening an account, avoiding any waiting time for the cards to be produced and couriered, and allowing customers to make immediate purchases simple and convenient.”Additionally, the customers can receive immediate replacements for their cards lost or stolen.Furthermore, with the launch of the new facility, Doha Bank has reaffirmed its commitment to continuing face to face interactions and enhancing excellence in customer service, even during the digital era.“Our new instant card issuance will give customers a faster and better customer experience.
