Ooredoo has announced the launch of a new digital workplace solution as part of the ongoing digitisation strategy from its Qatar Data Centre.Working closely with its partners, Qatar Data Centre has implemented the latest Remedy Service Management Suite to “accelerate its response to customer issues and requests, eliminate recurring incidents and managing change more effectively”, according to a press statement from Ooredoo.The Qatar Data Centre Digital Workplace will improve customer satisfaction by simplifying customer ticket submissions from computers, smartphones and tablets. The result is enhanced responsiveness, lower costs and a competitive edge.The Digital Workplace will help Qatar Data Centre customers by giving them self-service access to customised IT services without the need to go through the service desk.
