Shift Group CEO Abdulrahman Totonji has celebrated the new partnership with Paris Food International MD T K Basheer on the success of their working together to bring new food products to the Qatari market.
Besides Basheer, Paris Food International was represented by T K Mohamed, Group CEO; U S Sudhan, operations manager, among others.
Shift Group was represented by Noaman Dorgham, besides Totonji.
Totonji said his group had been importing foods prior to the embargo to Qatar and had made it one of the company’s main focuses, post-crisis.
“We are proud to cooperate with Paris Group, one of the leading business groups in FMCG sector in Qatar, to be the exclusive distributor for CRUNCH & Mister Snacks products.”
He also stressed on the importance of investing in the food production infrastructure within Qatar, and said Shift has already begun to do this. Part of the Shift efforts in this area has been starting its own farm and the company has already commenced local production.
