Al Mirqab Real Estate is highlighting two of its new projects in Lusail City – the Burj Marina and Al Mirqab Residence 2.
While the 38-floor Burj Marina’s launch is anticipated by next month, Al Mirqab Residence 2 is scheduled to be delivered by mid-2018, the company has said in a statement.
Al Mirqab is involved in real estate development, asset management, sales and marketing, and property management.
A commercial building, the Burj Marina is a “symbol of elegance” in an architectural design skinned by a futuristic façade treatment designed by Dara Engineering & Consultancy, the statement notes. “A remarkable feature that makes Burj Marina stands out and hailed as one of Lusail City’s important landmarks and distinction address in the said area,” said Joe Soueid, general manager of Al Mirqab Real Estate and chief executive officer of Al Mirqab Facilities Management.
It offers a wide range of offices and showroom/retail spaces as well as a restaurant at the peak, which “makes every dining experience a serene and memorable occasion”.
“These are probably the reasons why the Burj Marina has reached a milestone by achieving around 40% bookings from corporate clients prior to the completion of its construction,” the company said.
Soueid said they are also glad to announce the opening of Al Mirqab Residence 2 – a cityscape-level residential building situated at Fox Hills. “A luxurious residential development with an amazing city view, the unique development spreads over a total built-up area of 56,000sqm. The multifunctional complex consists of four buildings with 471 units, which consist of 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments and duplexes, various types of retail spaces, pools, gyms, children’s play areas and other facilities,” the statement explains.
The project is scheduled to be delivered by the middle of 2018 and booking have been initiated with corporate clients to date.
Speaking on the prospects of Lusail City, Soueid said: “Its modern and smart concept has positioned it as one of the most advanced cities of the region. Backed by a series of policy-driven decisions, Qatar’s real estate sector – particularly in Lusail and other commercial locations – is expected to stage a strong turnaround in 2018-2019.”
