The Romanian embassy has announced that the government of Romania, in partnership with the private sector, is organising a trade mission to Doha today and tomorrow.
The trade mission is focused on the information technology and communications (IT&C) sector, in line with the Romanian government’s “demarches to enhance co-operation between Romania and Qatar”, the embassy has said in a statement.
The Romanian delegation includes key persons from 11 IT&C leading Romanian companies: 4 E Software, BitDefender, GreenSoft, Imprezzio Global, Ingenios.ro, Kuantero, Next Planet, Online Services, Q-East Software, Siveco, Tellence and TGS Software.
It will also feature the chairman of the Romanian Association for Information Technology and Communications, and representatives from the Ministry of Business Environment, Commerce and Entrepreneurship.
The trade mission’s programme includes two seminars. The first of these will be held at 9am today at W Doha Hotel, organised by the Ministry of Transport and Communications. The second seminar will take place at 11am tomorrow, organised by Qatar Chamber at its headquarters.
The embassy has said interested specialists are welcome to attend.
