The Armed Forces concluded a joint exercise between the Qatar’s Amiri Land Forces and US forces – Eastern Action 19 – under the patronage and presence of HE the Chief of Staff of the Qatar Armed Forces, Lieutenant-General (Pilot) Ghanem bin Shaheen al-Ghanem. The year-long exercise aimed at enhancing the combat readiness of the ground forces and to meet the challenges with high tactical speed. The exercise included training in the US, simulators, military decision-making process, and counterattack implementation.
