The 7th Convention of Non-Resident Federation of Indigenous Nationalities (NNFIN) was recently organised at Gulf Horizon Hotel. The programme was chaired by Debaraj Rai, President of NNFIN.
Narendra Gayawali, Labour Attaché at the Embassy of Nepal, along with other Nepali entrepreneurs, journalists and community leaders attended the event. The event was attended by over 300 members of Nepali community in Doha. All the participants attended the event dressed in their own traditional dress and attire.
The newly elected office bearers of NNFIN, includes Shiva Bhujel Pursatahm Sunawar, First Vice President; Ram Kumar Mandal, Second Vice President; Sagar Tungabafa, General Secretary; Yak Raj Rai, Co Secretary; Tej Gurung, Secretary; Mahila Bahiba Tamang, Treasurer; and Hari Bahadur Mahato, Co Treasurer. Other members of NNFIN, includes Pit Bahadur Gurung, Yubaraj Bhujel, Sohan Bhujel, Ramesh Bhujel, Vogandra Yakkumba Limbu, Bibash Madan Limbu, Sapana Jabagu Limbu, Gajendra Sunuwar, Kancha Ram Tamang, Rameshor Mandal, Suraj Mandal, Abi Ram Mandal, Narendra Chamling Rai, Gyanu Rai, Rup Narayan Chaudary and Pusma Moktan Tamang.
