HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa al-Thani inaugurated the Lusail Marina walkway on Wednesday.
During a ceremony held on the walkway in Lusail City, HE the Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior delivered a speech, following which he gave the signal to inaugurate the walkway and launch the accompanying aquatic shows.
The Prime Minister then toured the walkway to get acquainted with the latest services and facilities, which have been developed according to world-class standards.
The Prime Minister and Minister of Interior stressed that the inauguration of the Lusail Marina Walkway marks the latest addition to the new tourist attractions that characterise Qatar and contribute to the efforts to make the country a global tourist destination.
The walkway is characterised by the presence of many facilities that make it an attractive destination for hosting local and international events.
The opening ceremony was attended by a number of Sheikhs and ministers.
