Nawalpur Service Society (NSS), a Nepali organisation, recently organised an interactive session at Al Doshari Park. The new working committee of NSS was also elected on the occasion, led by Pitambar Chapagai.
The event was divided into three parts. The first part of the programme was chaired by Rishi Kumar Wagle. The event kicked off with the national anthem of Nepal. Krishna Rimal welcomed the gathering. Speaking on the occasion, Dev Pariyar highlighted about the objectives of NSS. The event also featured various musical performances. Nepali singers, including Gita Bhattarai, Ganesh Chhetri, Mahendra Thapa, Rabi Pulami Magar, Gita Gaire and Dipa Aryal performed at the event.
The second part of the programme was hosted by Ganesh Chhetri. The applications for interested candidates for the new working committee were called. The newly elected working committee of NSS, includes Rishi Kumar Kafle, Bhim Bhattarai, Goma Thapa, Raghu Sharma, Krishna Prasad Rimal, Surya Narayan Sapkota and Yagya Gaire, Ramesh Lama, Prakash Sunar, Pitambar BK, Gita Bhattarai, Dhruba Raj BK, Khim Sunar, Ram Kumar Shrestha, Mahendra Gauli, Arju Bhusal, Sudip Febali, Anjeet Regmi, Sanjay Rimal and Binod Nyaure.
The new advisers for NSS, include Balkrishna Neupane, Deb Pariyar, Arjun Shrestha, Suresh Bhatta and Khagaraj Khatri. Arjun Sharma and Keshav Dhakal are the patrons of NSS.
