Sidra Medicine welcomed players Almoez Ali, Assam Madibo and Tamem al-Muhaizaa from the Qatar national football team on a special tour as a surprise for children in the hospital. The players, who were part of the winning team at this year’s Asian Cup, were warmly welcomed by the children and their families. They visited several patient rooms and wards and interacted with the children — stopping for photographs and hugs. The children were very excited to cheer for Qatar’s sporting heroes, Sidra Medicine said in a statement.
