His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani met on Sunday at his Amiri Diwan office with the visiting Chairman of the Presidential Council of Libya and Prime Minister of the Government of National Accord of Libya Fayez Mustafa al-Serraj.
The meeting touched on the bilateral relations between the two countries and the prominent regional and international developments, especially the recent events and challenges faced by Libya and the efforts of the international community to maintain its unity and security.
The Amir reaffirmed Qatar's supportive stance for Libya's unity and stability.
