His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani left Kigali city on Tuesday morning, after a state visit to the Republic of Rwanda, heading to the Federal Republic of Nigeria. 
His Highness the Amir and the accompanying delegation were seen off upon departure at Kigali International Airport by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Rwanda Edouard Ngirente and a number of ministers and senior officials of Rwanda. 
His Highness the Amir sent a cable to President of the Republic of Rwanda Paul Kagame, expressing deep thanks and appreciation for the hospitality and honor accorded to His Highness the Amir and the accompanying delegation during the visit, which provided the opportunity to exchange views on issues of common concern and means of strengthening and promoting the friendly relations and cooperation between the two countries in various fields for the good and the benefit of the two peoples.
His Highness the Amir wished the President the best of health and happiness, and the friendly people of Rwanda further progress and prosperity.
