Qatar Rail has reminded people using the Doha Metro that the train seats are meant for sitting only.
"Please consider your fellow passengers – our seats are for sitting only," a post on Qatar Rail’s dedicated Doha Metro and Lusail Tram Twitter page said on Wednesday.
Another tweet reminded customers that eating on board the Metro is strictly prohibited.
In an advisory on Tuesday, Qatar Rail had reiterated that children must not be allowed to stand on the seats of Doha Metro trains at any time.
