HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohamed bin Abdulrahman al-Thani has received a written message from the Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation, Sergey Lavrov, pertaining to bilateral ties and means to bolster them. HE the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr Ahmed bin Hassan al-Hammadi received the message Thursday during a meeting with Russian Ambassador Noor Mohamed Khulouf.
