Qatari adventurer Fahad Badar poses with the national flag after scaling the 4,478m tall Matterhorn mountain on the Swiss-Italian border.
Its symmetric pyramid shape makes it one of the most technically challenging mountains to conquer. Earlier in May this year, Badar had made history by becoming the first Arab to scale Mount Everest and Mount Lhotse during the same expedition.
