At least 17 people were killed when a bus overturned
due to flooding in south-central Morocco, a health official said on
Monday.
The bus overturned on a bridge in Errachidia Province on Sunday,
leaving 30 other people wounded, local health director Khalid Salmi
said.
The country's official news agency, MAP, said that the driver of the
bus had turned himself in after fleeing the scene of the accident.
It is not clear how many passengers were on the bus when the accident
took place.
