His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani received on Sunday a written message from Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama, pertaining to relations between Qatar and Albania.
The message was received by HE the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad al-Muraikhi during a meeting with the Charge d'Affaires of the Albanian embassy in Doha, Kujtim Xhani.
