Products offered in the promotion include fruits, vegetables, fish, meat, bakery items, hot live food and other food items, cosmetics, household durables, readymade garments, footwear, electronics and computer accessories, the retail chain has said in a statement.
“Though the rates are low, Safari never compromises on the quality of products,” the statement noted, adding that Safari has included a wide variety of products in the promotion. The highlights of the promotion include 252gm Galaxy Minis chocolate for QR10, Yardley body spray with perfume for QR20 and Geepas heavy iron box for QR30 with one-year warranty.
The promotion also includes salads, cheese items, fresh jam, butter block, mixed pickles, juice, milk products, snacks etc. The Safari Bakery & Hot Food section offers a range of combos, including Arabic, Western, South Indian, North Indian and Chinese dishes.
Some of the “best combo offerings” are chicken fried rice 400gm plus chilli chicken 250gm for QR10, chicken majboos 600gm for QR10, and beef curry 250gm plus paratha three pieces for QR10. In addition, it serves a variety of dishes such as fish curry, beef roast, burgers, muffins, donuts and more.
The household section is offering a wide range of products, including cosmetics by prominent manufacturers. The promotional items in the electronics section are emergency lights, trimmers, torch, calculator and headsets.
Apart from the promotion, Safari is also organising musical shows in the evening featuring well-known artistes from Qatar. These will be held from today until February 6 at Safari Mall, Abu Hamour, and on February 6 and 7 at the recently opened Safari Hypermarket - Al Khor, from 6.30pm onwards. Entry is free for customers.
Further, a mega lucky draw promotion to win 20 Toyota Corolla cars is also running at all Safari outlets across Doha. Customers who make purchases worth QR50 and above are eligible to get a raffle draw coupon for this promotion. The sixth lucky draw for three Toyota Corolla cars will be held on February 19.
