Qatar has started disbursing financial assistance to Palestinians in Gaza in implementation of the directives of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani to provide them aid worth $150mn over six months.
Chairman of Qatar's Gaza Reconstruction Committee Ambassador Mohammed al-Emadi said that the committee in cooperation with Qatar Fund for Development has begun providing assistance in support of the UN humanitarian and aid efforts to support Gaza's fight to contain the coronavirus.
