In celebration of the holy month of Ramadan and in alignment with its commitment to engaging the local community, Mall of Qatar (MoQ) launched a comprehensive campaign that aims to create engagement and interaction within the community.
Through a series of daily competitions on its social media channels during Ramadan, MoQ is also giving followers a chance to win Iftar meals that will be delivered to their doorsteps.
Catering to all audiences, the competition includes questions related to Islam and Ramadan that will provide information and enrich audience knowledge on this subject. Participation is straightforward; followers simply need to answer the question posted on the mall’s social media channels.
In addition to the competition, MoQ is encouraging a healthy lifestyle during Ramadan by sharing daily tips, recipes from international cuisine, and important information on timings of iftar and prayers.
Khaled Sam Hosn, CEO of MoQ, said: “Through our social media channels, we continuously strive to find innovative ways of engaging with our followers. Ramadan is the perfect occasion, and we are happy to take the opportunity to celebrate with the people of Qatar and in doing so, reaffirm our commitment to the local community. We will be posting regular tips on how to stay healthy and prepare delicious food from around the world, and hosting a competition that will enrich their knowledge. This is a simple gesture from us all at MoQ, aimed at spreading the blessings of the holy month”.
MoQ continues to present initiatives that meet the needs and requirements of the community, particularly at this time to help them overcome the challenges imposed by Covid-19.
The mall recently announced the “Stay Safe & Shop from Home ” service, allowing customers to shop from their favourite brands and products available at MoQ, from the comfort of their own homes.
