The Ministry of Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs (MADLSA) on Monday said establishments subject to the Labour Law must grant their workers three working days as fully paid holidays during Eid al-Fitr. " If the conditions necessitate working during the Eid vacation, the provisions of additional working hours and their allowances, mentioned in Article 74 of the Law, shall apply in this regard," the ministry said in a statement.
