His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani sent a written message to Kuwait's Amir Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah, dealing with bilateral relations and ways of developing them, besides issues of common concern.
The message was handed by HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohamed bin Abdulrahman al-Thani during his meeting on Thursday with Kuwait's Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled al-Hamad al-Sabah.
