Chess is one of the most ancient, intellectual, and cultural games, with a combination of sport, scientific thinking, and elements of art. As an affordable and inclusive activity, it can be exercised anywhere and played by all, across the barriers of language, age, gender, physical ability, or social status.
Chess is one of the games that transcend borders and comply with social distancing measures during these challenging times while bringing all chess enthusiasts together. This is one of the worthwhile activities that people can engage with each other and at the same time contribute to the government’s efforts in its fight against Covid-19.
